Position Overview:
The Brand Manager will be instrumental in furthering holistic business strategies for assigned brands, in line with the transformational strategy for Coca-Cola in Indonesia. He / She will, in conjunction and in alignment with Pacific/ASEAN regional direction, deliver clear Indonesia specific brand strategies—focused on building Sparkling Flavor performance for KO system. Actions will drive system towards increasing consumption through an integrated range of programs, appropriate innovation and effective consumer strategies anchored on full understanding of business results/ levers, etc. He/ She will ensure strategies will engage and excite target consumers, are always based on relevant consumer insights and market intelligence, and build sustainable business and long-term strategy for the brand.

KEY RESULT AREAS and PRINCIPAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Development of the brand: In collaboration with Senior Brand Manager Sparkling / Marketing Director, leads the development of the strategic and execution business plan for the assigned brand (opportunity identification, strategy, in market plans) negotiating approval with senior level management. Analyzes external environmental factors and interprets their implications on strategies and ideas, both from a category, and broader visionary, perspective. Identifies and recommends new profitable volume opportunities based on key consumer insights and understanding of market and competitive landscape. Develops strategies that maximize brand value and brand love. Actively collaborates with all relevant constituencies (IMC, CCL, etc) to execute key strategies
Resource Planning: Manages the investment behind the brand, optimize return on investment, proactively bringing budget issues to the attention of immediate management. Collaborates with Regional and Global Marketing groups to achieve marketing efficiency and effectiveness thru importation and exportation of marketing communications campaigns and execution of the global strategy. Manage relevant business partnerships. Leverage the Coca‑Cola system to accelerate brand performance. Cascades learnings within the system and transfers best practices.
Monitoring and Reporting: Monitors brand health and all key performance indicators of the brand and develop proposals to address variances versus target. Collates and distils information from secondary data sources relevant to our business and consumer target. Debriefs the results of each consumer program highlighting key learnings.
Internal communication and coordination: Leads the implementation of strategic recommendations within the business system. Proactively informs immediate manager of issues and changes versus agreed plans. Develops and leverage strong relationships with key dependent parties.

Education : Bachelors Degree/ MBA
Experience : Minimum 3-5 years in diverse marketing roles.
Travel: Regional : 10-20% International : 5-10%

ORGANIZATION IMPACT/ INFLUENCE
Group/BU: Interaction & alignment with ASEAN marketing & IMC
Region: Reports into ID Senior Brand Manager (JG 11). Interaction and alignment with all leadership functions within Indonesia Region expected
Bottler: Direct relationship management with bottling partners in development and implementation of IMC Programs

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
Direct Reports: None. General coaching and mentoring within team expected.
Decision Making: Overall responsibility over Brand P&L and broad resource allocation
